Smart heart no good. Fed my cats for few years and my older cats(5+ yrs) all started having health problem. Vet also say bad. Changed to Science Plan/Iam(current) since 2012, still have health problem but not getting any worse. Vet say can't do anything, damage already done sad.gif

I'm looking to get a hedgie soon but I'm moving to a studio, my parents don't allow me to take my cat sad.gif
Will it be very noisy at night? Plan to get wheel.

i hear you lambiskut, i onli fed SH to fluffy for 3 days and then change back to RC36. my cat oso dun laik SH, so i thot this product surely won't do any good to them.

Hedgie being noisy? user posted image no la, they are usually very quiet. you will rarely hear them making noise, unless if you buy cheap wheel that creaks when hedgie is running on it, which i dont think you would.

i'd suggest you buy from Hedgehog World Malaysia FB group if you want a good sturdy wheel. their bedding set with wheel costs rm125 (including postage, goods posted from penang) and you'll get something like this:

actually it's not that hard at all nod.gif at 1st b4 i bought the wheel, my hedgie pee poo everywhere she wants especially at corners, with her poo mostly 'hanging' on the corner walls tongue.gif eventho i put litter box in her cage.

then after i got the wheel (the wheel is sturdy and silent), i noticed she only pee poo on the wheel when using it. and the excrement automatically falls down into the litter box under it when she starts running. so the bedding always stays clean, i only wash it like once every 2 weeks. the only thing i found myself cleaning every 2 days is the wheel (very easy to dismantle and install back) and litter box... oh, and my hedgie's feet. the poo always stuck under her nails tongue.gif

rm75 if u buy just the wheel. rm125 and you'll get a full set, add another rm10 and you'll get the igloo type of house.

i only use pouch for travel, my hedgie has her own igloo house. i use the cloth as bedding, usually wash it once every 2 weeks, and she oso sometimes dig2 under the cloth and ended up using it as her blanket/comforter tongue.gif tongue.gif

if u read the earlier posts they said wood bedding is not good for hedgie coz of their nature likes to scratch and dig, the wood dust might suffocate their tiny lungs. you might wanna change it hmm.gif
