enterprise can bro?
*
enterprise / sdn bhd / sole pro = no problem

as long u looking for business loan, your name must be stated at the ssm biggrin.gif

but normally bank requirement company must be running at least 2 years from ssm registration date, less than 2 yrs subject for bank approval.

Hi sifus, I would like to seek your advise and opinion on the following matter.
Currently, I and my partner is venturing into an F&B business est. requires about RM 250K- RM300K startup.
Initial idea of raising startup capital from loans.

My condition
Monthly income RM5k with 1 property commitment and credit cards.
Outstanding of CC all settled promptly.
I was thinking of seeking loans of about RM100K-RM200k. Will that be possible or would you advise that I seek other alternatives?

I have tried consulting banks about SME loans but their requirements are that one of it is that, the business that I am in should have an active 3 years of record. So, this wouldn't do for my case.
*
Normally bank offer based on your income, maximum would be around x10 frm your income. If u wanna get Rm100k from 1 single bank would be kinda hard. My advice : apply several p.loan frm several bank. biggrin.gif

yeah i was advised from the sales ppl in mach branch in midvalley they said 9.6% with 9 times the salary and she said its promor period.
*
I even encounter some sales agent offer up to 10times+ salary, but the words coming out frm sales agent instead of the bank. Some sales agent just simply mark up the loan amount just to get submission until the end it might be less than 9 times of your salary.

I would say bank offer based on your overall details, such as salary, risk level ( low, mid or high ) , ccris, scoring & etc. smile.gif
But sometimes there are some special cases can offer up to 10times or even higher rclxub.gif

i don't understand why bank still need us to submit document and statement.. can't they get it in the first place online services by epf/bank? i have once just give my i.c. number and they already know my ccris.. sleep.gif! so troublesome
*
If 2/3 years back we can direct use promp to offer client loan / credit card without any income document if the client does have a credit card more than 1 year. But since bank negara come out with a new policy which is income document. Promp case no longer available. sad.gif
It's very huge impact for the bank, clients and also sales agent.

Btw Bank can't simply call up to KWSP to verify your EPF due to private & confidential smile.gif unless your salary credited to the same bank that u applying, the sales agent can direct print out frm own bank system. I believe all of the sales agent will try their best to assist client on the loan approval, and same goes to myself. No approval = no commission hahaha rclxms.gif

hi..just want to ask, if my salary doesnt come with epf socso deduction, am i still eligible for applying personal loan? just have one commitment ,asb loan, rm597 monthly ,my slary rm3.5k.. any info? tq
*
There are several income documentation

Option 1 : Latest 3 months payslip + latest epf
Option 2 : Latest 3 months payslip + 3 months bank statment proof showing salary credited as per payslip
Option 3 : Borang Be Income Tax with tax resit 2012

* If u working under MNC/GLC or Government sector, just payslip will do. Or EA form 2012.

Is it ok if I applying 2 or 3 loan with different bank at the same time.? Or it will reduce my chances to get a loan? Just dont want to waste my time waiting 4 them to reply me.
*
Yes u can apply more than 2/3/4/5 bank in the same time, but my advice try submit with 2 banks first. Cause once u submit your application, at the ccris record there will be total attemps of application. For Alliance Bank more than 4 application within 6 months would consider as high risk.

Hi guys,

currently I need some advise and opinion from those who had any experience about personal loan for private sector worker like me.

Last week, I have applied the personal loan with Maybank and only today I found out it was rejected (No reason why they are rejected are provided of course).

Fyi, I am working with an IT company with gross income of RM4475.00++.I have maybank dual credit card (Mastercard + Amex) which I never miss the payment every month (which I only pay the minimum payment).I also have AEON loan for electronic device which I never missed the payment. The loan amount with AEON is around RM3000.Previously, I've settled with my first loan with AEON (around RM1400 + RM3800).

Last few days ago, I did browse through few forums and they advise to check the credit status with CTOS and CCRIS.
My status with CTOS was :

SECTION A - IDENTITY NUMBER VERIFICATION
--- No Data Available Here ---
SECTION B - INTERNAL LIST/GROUP EXPOSURE
--- No Data Available Here ---
SECTION C DIRECTORSHIPS AND BUSINESS INTERESTS
--- No Data Available Here ---
SECTION D
--- No Data Available Here ---
SECTION E - TRADE REFEREES & SUBJECT'S COMMENTS
The following referees may provide trade references, on you or companies or businesses which you are or were once associated with, based on their past experience. These references are given independently, directly and voluntarily by the referees to those who may request for their reference. CTOS does not process any information provided by the referee(s).
If you like to know about the information held by the referee about you, please contact them directly.
1. REFEREE : P1.COM SDN BHD
INCORPORATION DATE : 18-04-2007
NATURE OF BUSINESS : TO CARRY ON GENERAL TRADING OF TELECOMMUNICATION PRODUCTS
ADDRESS : PACKET HUB,159,JLN TEMPLER,PETA.LING JAYA,SEL

Note : P1 service is suck at my area and I never missed the payment every month.Using P1 service for 2 years and since there are no improvement after few complaints were made, I decided to cancel the service and they wanted to charge me because I have 5 months left for the second contract.f*** that shit.I just stop using it and automatically switched it to UNIFI.Less haywire smile.gif

Since I have no time to go to bank Negara to get my CCRIS report, I am not sure if I've bad credit status (kinda worried tho) sad.gif

I have no housing loan (staying at my family's house) no car commitment as I bought it cash on last 2009 and another car was in 2012.

I have no idea why Maybank didn't approve my loan.

and oh ya, I am actually working on one year contract basis (renewable for every 1 year) in my current company for almost 3 years already.

Someone please advise me which bank should I go to apply the loan with low interest rate as I need the money to pursue my study. The loan amount that I need is RM50k. :''(

Might be :
1) No ccris record ( most of the bank nowdays require 1 year ccris record, since u didnt mention u got any commitment )
2) Contract basic

Your P1 CTOS should be not a problem, because it's not under bank facilities CTOS. Your rejecteion mostly due to your employee CONTRACT BASIS, for Alliance Bank it will be a upfront reject no matter quality client / high income client. ( but there is a way to waive employee checking icon_idea.gif )

Personal loan for study purpose.
Could you tell me more about it?
Can I use house mortgage to extend the personal loan quantity during assessment?
Or, may not do like that. Only may apply separately, can not mix with each other?
*
go thru with your college / education center, they provide lower % for education loan purpose. education loan are much more lower compare to p.loan.

Previus Ea form, now Borang Be ?

I am quite sure your loan not yet approve, it might be stuck half way of justify your income. Should be under pending document, for success loan approve u no need to submit any extra income documentation.

By the way, did u declare for 2012 income tax ? if u didnt declare how do u wan to submit borang be ?

good luck bro

do that means that is no way to get guanrator like housing and car loan like tat
*
As for now personal loan doesn't need guarantor, correct me if i am wrong.

For housing & car loan, yes. Some bank do require guarantor if your income document / commitment or ccris not strong enough.

As for client that facing income document, there is some agency can settle it for u.

cheers
