I think only Public bank needs a guarantor... other banks will be more flexible as long as you have strong financial backup. Also mind sharing agency that helps customer's that are facing income document?
*
For agency services, they will charging 10-15% from your total loan amount approval.

If client lack of income document, verification problem & etc they can settle for u.

But client have to make sure that ccris payment have to be good, not more than 2 months payment is the best.

If under permanent staff just attach with offer letter, 1 month payslip and bank statement showing salary credited.
If probation just forget about it.

Hi matononline247, why your result so cepat? I need to wait for more than 2 weeks and called up the officer and tetibe jer rejected.  cry.gif
*
Actually first stage eligibility checking for ccris, ctos, scoring & commitment can know within 5mins. Just a few clicks, type in client full name and ic only.

But you have to make sure the officer is available to key in for u smile.gif

anyone interested to check for eligibility can drop me a pm, just full name, income figure & ic. As i promise maximum i take 1 hour or less* but make sure u call on the right time, office hour.

cheers biggrin.gif

Hi Elizabeth,
what do you means by ccris not good(2,3)?

example latest 6 months ccris is 0 but before is got 2,3 consider not good? like

0 0 0 0 0 0 1 2 3 2 3 is still not good?
*
2 ,3 means late payment for 2 months and 3 months.

Some bank review frm latest 6 months ccris, some review frm 12 months.
1 month late payment it's not a problem, 2 would be 50-50, 3 months confirm reject.

Debt no need to clear all to apply for others loan facility.

But if u have blacklisted facilities with the bank, u need to clear off the blacklisted facilities first.

hi, my soon to be wife stupidly make a personal loan of rm10000, without telling me, and she/we dont even need the money, her reason is she afraid she will need the money, which is a stupid reason as i have 100k in saving, she have 20k, not like she urgently need the money, so bodoh2 bayar interest now.

i scolded her just now, why make this without telling me.

so now, before paying much interest, i want to know how much need to pay if do early settlement? loan 10k at bank islam....

women really stupid la...
*
Call up to customer services, ask for full early settlement figure and is there any lock down period. Prepare cash / bankdraft, drop by to the nearest branch and pay for it.

Early settlement penalty should be around 3% or more or less.

QUOTE(RO Player @ Jan 21 2014, 02:32 PM)
How the banks give & approve the loan amount?
gross income  x 10 times or ???

how much in the bank x 5 times??
*
Currently bank offer based on nett income , means after deduct your epf 11%, tax deduction, socso.
Different bank different policy, normally 3-10 times based on risk level.
Low risk = 5-10
Medium = 4 - 7
High = 2-4

Can explain further on the low risk, medium, and high? a bit tak faham on that part
*
Low risk client = minimum 5 - maximum 10times of your nett income
Medium risk client = minimum 4 - maximum 7 times of your nett income
High risk client = minimum 2 - maximum 4times of your nett income

Example u are a medium risk client ( 4-7 )
bank offer based on your nett income x 7. Nett Rm2000 x 7 = Rm14,000 loan amount

For risk level wise, normally bank categories via your overall payment record, credit card limit outstanding, recent total application & etc.

Btw, every bank got different policy. It might be less or more.

Just for reference purpose =) cheers rclxm9.gif

Hello there. ..
Noob question, if I apply personal loan today and next week I apply for a housing loan with other bank. Will the Ccris report shows that I have a personal loan already or the other bank will only see it after the next month?
*
on the next day bank already can see your pl application, but it should be fined.
P.Loan = Unsecured lending
Housing Loan = Secured lending

if never pay income tax cannot get loan rite? coz recently i visit maybank and they told me BNM is very damn strict now.
*
Wrong.
Every bank got different policy, Maybank p.loan kinda strict. But for others bank still so so biggrin.gif

If u got epf deduction or bank statement showing salary credited u no need to submit income tax. But u have to make sure u minimum 3 or 6 months deduction and income Rm2k-3k above.

Normally officer wont request for income unless your documentation not strong or etc.

QUOTE(phantom_zero @ Feb 13 2014, 09:42 PM)
hello,i own ,enterprise company and want to apply loan, however when i call the bank, they ask for income tax, i already send my bank statement which have good flow >60k debit and credit, but they need income tax..so how much income tax that can get personal loan 160k above? im going to lhdn tomorrow to register because my company just 9 month old, started last year jun..so i need to declare sufficient" income tax for my company for easy apply loan..any ideas?
*
Actually from bank calculation different, bank cant direct take your 60k credit as a income.

The calculation method for Alliance, will be something like this :

Average 60k monthly,

What kind of business ? If trading related will be around 8-10%

Shares % u holding ? ( let's say 50% )

60k x 10% = Rm6000

Rm6000 x shares 50% = Rm3000

Your gross income Rm3,000

Normally loan amount bank offer based on nett income x4times to maximum 10times.

Rm3000 x = Rm30,000

*Just for your info
Business must be register more then 2 years, less than 2 years will be subject for bank approval. Since nowdays bank requiremnt minimum 2 -3 years.

erm, how come my friend said his income 4k work in gov can approve loan 180k?
*
U have to know, government sector & private sector different sweat.gif

There is a loan called ' koperasi loan ' just for government servant ONLY, interest rate around 3-4%++ loan amount =200k repayment period up to 20 years. THey special part is, your income less than 1.5k or 2k also can apply.

For approval wise, as long your ccris & ctos record is fair. Should be not a problem biggrin.gif
U just need to request for your superior or head of department signature will do, bcoz the loan eventually will direct deduct from your payroll every month.

Bank offer loan amount based on your nett income, normally around 4-7 times of your nett. ( after deduct epf, socso, income tax)
