Ofcourse it's safe. Most of Galaxy SL users here already flashed into latest firmware using ODIN. smile.gif

ya, true. I don't want to get stuck later just bcoz bootloader, CSC, Radio or whatever stuff doesnt allow downdgrade (or upgrade). tongue.gif
I also want to have root access. OCR can root this XKPM fw right?

Hand alrdy very itchy to get the update but i rather not try it now ..huhu. Not sure how long i can resist though.

Yup I heard it will.. Just wait..
Last monday my local Service center said the update not yet released..

and.. some forumer here claimed KIES released the firmware update.. But nor for my KIES.. Still can't update through KIES.. you can try btw.. blush.gif
