"Samsung Italy announced that the Samsung update for Galaxy S i9003 Gingerbread to Android will be delayed. The motivation is clear: To avoid delays in updating to version 2.3.5, we have chosen to update the terminal S Galaxy Super Clear LCD (I9003) directly to the latter version of firmware. So still waiting to see the final distribution on this Android smartphone although the consolation would be to have the version 2.3.5 instead of 2.3.4.

I guess his question is more : is it easily reversible ?

ya, true. I don't want to get stuck later just bcoz bootloader, CSC, Radio or whatever stuff doesnt allow downdgrade (or upgrade). tongue.gif
I also want to have root access. OCR can root this XKPM fw right?

Hand alrdy very itchy to get the update but i rather not try it now ..huhu. Not sure how long i can resist though.

Hello!

I would like to know the differences and experiences using different high speed memory card such as Class 4 and above.

Will it effect our Galaxy SL performance?

I mean, if using Class 4, Class 6 and Class 10.
*
Class 4 is ok but it wont be enough for shooting HD vid. You can notice some startling during the recording (as it is saving as much data as possible per second, it could fill up the buffer, hence startles). Class 10 would give you more headroom and nearly zero lag/startle/glitch in you vid at least.

Furthermore, when u start to accumulate more vids+pics in your phone, speed is everything. Browsing is a little slow on Class 4. Class 10 would give you better browsing speed. This is what I see.
Plus, if you apps were moved to SD, it would load slightly faster for some apps. biggrin.gif
