Yalor, they think it's so easy to sell RM1 mil of highrise condo just like that. Better look elsewhere, this place is getting to be expensive.

My two cents- since u miss the boat on launching why not wait a little longer till vp only decide which to choose. I believe with market condition n competitiveness during vp u can get cheaper than wat u get today. And by that time u get wat u see drool.gif

wahh u make yrself sounds like sifu.. since u sounds like sifu why not u tell me la who the developer/contractor/architect for bukit 9 and seringin.. I, newbie lazy to google... just know both r by SHC.

Hi, i got a friend's friend work at shc before. Just to share what i know is BU9 and seringin is different management and not related but relative only! anyhow still. .. lot people think they are same...Shc. Seringin and Uptown is same...SHC.. ......Long story!

Personally feel the guard house really irritating me, small and ugly, but when visit back the broucher during purchase in Le Yuan, it is designed in that way, may be just actual work is not really impressed compare to G Residence and Seringin.

However looking at the value of the property and the build, still see it is much better than G Residence. I cant view Seringin yet but from outside it is quite high end. No wonder it is like 100-200k more expensive than Le Yuan.

Le Yuan selling at 1mil for 16xx sf is out of my expectation, thought it should be 9xxk only. But since bought for own stay, don't really care the value, perhaps more care abou the final built how is it look like.

I live near there. I passed by Seringin, Le Yuan and G Residence every week and found absolute no quality problem on either 1 of them.

BU9 is under Bandar Utama City Centre ( Under SHC) but is under diff management ady..

BU is under Tan Sri TCK brothers control..

Uptown and Seringin and Ara Damsara is diff..

I also did some checks on Seringin, but I didn't find any built issue so far too. Perhaps can let me know what is the problem so I can summarize that and write to the management. So far I knew that Le Yuan we have raised the problem on the built to management, for Seringin, to be fair it is half built and many outfit has not completed, but view on the site, it seems greats, everything is as per promised.

Yes, the developer knows there are defects and that's y they need more time to rectify them. Hence, it delays for delivery/VP.
