So many condos at the same place, it can't avoid people do the comparison. The subsales should be competitive now, buyers have more choices.

It is still under construction la... the guard house looks better now with the glass roof and louvre. (still small though)

For seringin, may have site inspection too. ... Think they have quality issue |

This is shc past project entrance. And whoever has bought Seringin pls pay a visit to bukit 9. Manage yr expectation to avoid disappointment.
