Anyone facing delay in vacant possesion of unit? I paid all the maintenance fees on 17th Dec and UOA staff told me due to shortage of manpower, they only able to handover key to me on 12th Jan 2015..

Sand beach pool is their selling point le! Buyers that hav concern over the sand beach wont have bought le yuan... in my opinion, the sand ll surely go into the lift and common area of facilities floor. Even hotel management cant make sure their lobby got no sand if it is near to the beach.
