Hi, I'm Angel . We still have 4 UOA developer units available in Block A, 1535sf corner facing KLCC units for sale. Units comes with 3 car parks , package given was:
1. FREE SPA Legal Fess
2. FREE SPA Disbursement fees
3. FREE Loan Legal Fees

Not seeing any owner is concerning about the sand beach besides few of the outsiders.

Of course owners are not concern

1) What can owner do since they already bought it.

2) Sands don't blow to your unit but will eventually blown to those terrace houses next door.

HI there, I'm Angel , panel marketing agent for UOA Developer. FYI,
now Le Yuan Residence developer unit still available at 1535sqft, facing KLCC block A units which comes with 3 car parks and only 3 % Downpayment. Price from RM 882,384 ONWARDS after discount.

And Block B have 1 released units for 1164 soft, 2 rooms 2 bath, 2 car parks, same only 3% downpayment. price is RM 687,084 after discount.

i like the green court. looks more like those pro court mah.
but in both design the column position will give some hindrance to the players. especially when you are running fast to retrieve a shot, potentially hitting the column?
would prefer a purpose build hall where it fits at least two badminton courts fully without columns in between though.

Where is the green court?

I like the green 1, where there are windows u can see outside. Whereas, Le Yuan u in a training camp. Feel so cramp and NO OUTSIDE WORLD and most of all, looks very dangerous with big pillars. And, come on, look at the ceiling. The Green Court is nicely plastered but Le yuan 1, like in the 70's, still using chepo board.

Also, Le yuan's badminton court no aircon???? No air man. Will suffocate or not??

maintaince fees should be different , good for outsider but no good for owner which paying for the high maintaince fees
