I feel this concept may be more appropriate for a beach resort within the city. But for residential hmm I'm not sure whether I'd want this. NIMBY

look like the sand beach does not add any value to this property.

I think its the management of the place gonna play an important role of cleaning the place and more strict ruling for the place..... And as owner themselve i bet they would not likes to bring those sands back into their house too.....

Gurney Hotel in Penang also has a beach alike at their facility flr for many yrs..... Overall i dont think it will cause a lot of problem.....

dont think the sand pool will create a lot of problem
this is a very "Chinese" area, notice most of the owners r Chinese too
sound racist, but i believe it will not b hard to manage so long dont have a lot of African or Middle Eastern like condos in bukit jalil area

may be, may be only ya, later on they find out it is very difficult to maintain & manage it then decide to ...

PH like to swim in sunny sand beach, it will attract more African tenant.

Well...too soon to judge for anything...we'll see for few months...pretty sure UOA has studied before deciding to built this sand beach concept condo..perhaps it would not be that bad after all..

Has anyone here collected the key? How is the quality of workmanship?

Beach is the reason that I went for another condo although wife likes the idea for kids. Every week playing with sand, the kids will get bored but the maintenance nightmare will remain forever.

collected mine, overall the workmanship is above average, just some minor defects which are negligible.
the major concern is the laminated timber flooring, many part of the timer flooring is hollow
not sure how long they need to rectify this

I believe is pretty easy to rectify..they just need to drill a small hole through the laminate and pump in the glue to fill up all the hollow parts..

sand used is construction sand not beach sand...😓where r chairs or umbrellas seen in brochure?

Plants dun look healthy.UOA must spruce up the place.btw,where is the jacuzzi? Isnt it supposed to be at the corner as per layout?

Who said this is a luxury condo?? If u read carefully, this condo does not have other facilities beside the beach, and gym... Don't even have tennis and squash court.

Look at the brochure properly....there supposed to be another small pool at the corner (the corner near the guard house).its not there.reading/relaxation lounge also no where to be seen.

That is the wading pool... they have relocated it to the side of the beach.
