Well...on the design, I dun quite mind this kind of design as it is evergreen looking. Too high tech design will look outdated in years to come..

Yup ...you're right about UOA can deliver in time..in terms on the workmenship...we'll see how it goes when it is completed...should give them a chance..

Well...too soon to judge for anything...we'll see for few months...pretty sure UOA has studied before deciding to built this sand beach concept condo..perhaps it would not be that bad after all..
