It only have 2 slot, so the max is 2x4GB = 8GB.

need to ask you guys something. how many speakers are there on the laptop? if i'm not mistaken, there are four, two in front and two at the bottom of the palm rest. my two frontal speakers are not functioning ): the dobly home theatre one next to the power button. any suggestions? help!

I have a problem with my laptop. I left my laptop on and suddenly it went off and now I can't turn it back on, my charger was plugged in at that time. Can anyone help ?

unplug everything, let fan blows to it, let it cool down.
Then try to ON it.

Nothing, no lights, no sound. When I tried turning on with the charger plugged, nothing happed and I'm sure the battery is full.

Use battery without charger, nothing.
With charger plugged in, nothing

Can you use pin or needle and push the little hole on the bottom panel ?
its around the palm rest area, should be reset the battery..
