VIP5 subscriber in subang jaya here... can I pls ask why do i keep needing to restart my modem and router? it works for a few minutes then stop working (the 2nd icon on the router becomes orange)... its really frustrating cry.gif

Become orange that mean disconnected from internet. How frequent is it??

I register the form last week, filled in the form.
after few days tm called me, I ask about credit transfer to unify acc but they failed to answer me, so I canceled the unify service.
today the person who ask me filled the form, called and asked the reason I canceled the unify, she said that will "denda" me.
So I told her my problem about credit transfer, then she said she will ask her manager first.

Is it true? Is it if I filled the form then I canceled I hv to denda $?

afaik they'll only penalize you if you cancel within 24 hours of actual installation date/time.

Why you have credit in Streamyx? If you overpaid, TM will return the money by cheque when you terminate.

1) Add VLAN 500 interface to eth0
# vconfig add eth0 500
# ifconfig eth0.500 up

2) setup pppoe , using rp-pppoe script
# pppoe-setup
Add login particulars, and put "eth0.500" for ETH interface.

3) Start pppoe
# pppoe-start

Then happy browsing.... smile.gif

Hi, using aztech homeplug for iptv, all fine but only hd channel can't run, anyone know y? can be the router problem?

Before they use dlink 615 works fine but after they change a black router can't run already, router problem?

VIP20 user here
My IPTV box fails to detect ip address and cannot connect to the internet.
Initially, reboot works.
Now every morning, the display on the IPTV box always show INIT and the reboot doesn't work.
My downloads also shows 0 incoming and outgoing and my AsiaBox also cannot stream ( unable to connect and if connected, stuttering and bufferring)
For 20Mbps, this is truly a let down.
Anyone has answers. Call unifi and they say they reconfigure, works for a few hours and the problem recurs.
Does dnlowning huge files cause an auto choking and disconnect?

the quality of Luxe.TV on IPTV is very bad lately. Yesterday was really bad with lines running all across the screen, today, much better but very grainy. Other HD and SD channels are all OK. Anyone experience this?

Unifi to me very good. To my friend very bad.

Unifi If no problem = Very Good.
Unifi If problem come = Very Worse.

Their Internet is fast, good, excellent.
We in the Small Country in the World could have Unifi already Thank God.

But if got problem, their technical are not able solve it directly.
Some more, my friend case need to solve it for more than a month.
To me still okay, due to Unifi not yet encounter any problem.
