I know what is V1 la, just dunno what you mean in terms of you car btw isn't v1 the max speed where the pilot must absolutely decide whether to continue or abort the takeoff without going off the runway?

FAA rules where reaching Vee One speed is no return, take off or execute emergency crash stop with flaps 100 and full brakes on however it is impossible for engine brake because it is not in idle mode. However this is very rare situation unless checklist is incomplete and bang balls luck hahaha
