Am not noticing any difference yet, but I like to update every 3-4 nightlies just to keep to the latest la. Gatai ma.

I don't OC or UV. I flashed nightly, gapps and fugumod kernel all in 1 go too. No issues.

Just to clarify, I hate the new market app, it either FCs or doesn't seem to update my apps properly. I've frozen 'Market Updater' app with Titanium (this will prevent the market from getting auto updated) and I revert back to Market 2.x after every nightly install.

What kernel were you on before updating the nightly? I always re-install gapps with every nightly just in case something craps up (as advised in the wiki site you linked above). Also, I prefer to use MarketAccess and not MarketEnabler which sometimes has issues with the new Market app.

Staying with old market app is what I like for now, thanks for sharing the link above. New market is too WP7-ish for me to accept so readily.
