Anyone know when the 2012 Ford Focus will be launch here and the price ?

went to test drive fiesta recently, personally i think it didnt impress me like how mazda2 did. The most irritating thing i cannot accept is the label beside the gear shifter ( P,R,N,D,L) was on the left!!! hence the gear shifter is blocking the label and i cannot see what gear i'm on. another thing is the seat, so uncomfortable and so does the rear seat. when i was switch to the rear seat the seat bucket keeps poking me so hard...arrgghh....but the exterior of it is sexy, like the look!

can its straight line speed beats a Mazda 3 2.0?

Any petrol non turbocharged 2.0 won't beat the TDCi for pickup, if u are talking about top speed, then maybe can. Tdci top speed is only around 200km/h

0-100 kmh, i think mazda 3 got the advantage due to responsive petrol engine

but during roll start , surely M3 gonna be beaten..

last week , it quite fun to 'play play' with 520i but stock TDCi run up to 200kmh only

hmmm i'm pretty sure 320nm torque plays a big role in pickup~

0-40 only, 0-100 sure is tdci faster, 9.5seconds from 0-100km for tdci... i doubt the petrol mazda 2.0 can do that with 145hp engine

Definitely not true. I don't know about others. The best I've achieved on mixed driving 50% highway 50% urban 8.2l/100km. Worst 9.2l/100km with plenty of traffic.

The Fiesta did gave me a very good xmas pressie - Petrol hose leaking during refueling.

My Fiesta does 0-100 in 9.4s. and not completely finish modding yet.

You'll be driving like a grandma and with fiesta.. it's ridiculous to drive like a grandma. Most owners I know... are not.

i think the TDCi torque will make up for the top speed

btw bliz, check the fb page , 15th jan got a drive to KKB shooting range

Wah even more power than Polo GTI meh... lol. I think 9 should be achievable...

should be achievable with mountune performance parts... but what for having so much power if you cant even choose ur desire gear when u entering corner?

what have u mod until now to get 9.4?

mazda 2 is too kosong for me....I don't think fiesta seats are uncomfortable...and the gear labels don't bother me...you can actually see what gear you are in on the meter cluster....its damn fun to drive....if you think ford fiesta seats uncomfortable you should drive swift sport....=.=...your bones will shatter

Not possible... =( Pushing the limit also probably around 8 seconds?... that is also unless we have a properly tuned car with remap/ piggyback with all the other mods.

No need to choose gear when entering corner, exiting corner only important ma lol... but I sapu the corners with my new springs

go for supercharged, straight "bungkus" vw golf last time i saw the website, now forgotten d, it stated that after add in the supercharged, our fofi did 0-100 in either 7.0 or 7.5
