Yes. Thank you very much.  thumbup.gif
I'm actually repeating ODE, so that's why I'm asking for a short sem. Thank goodness my CGPA isn't under 2.00. sweat.gif

Oh that reminded me. Last semester I applied for an exemption for O.D.E, but I messed it up and I had to take it that sem eventhough my exemption request was accepted (but obviously since I have already registered the request was deemed 'cancelled'). I took it (again), I hated it (more than ever), I flunked it (for upcoming UG students, avoid failing ODE laugh.gif ). Is there any chance that I can still exempt it this sem so I don't have to repeat it? It sounds silly but maybe there's a way?  tongue.gif

Sorry, no idea how the exemption system works in UTP. I came through Foundation.

Dudes and dudettess, emergency!

I have requested study leave from the 1st to 3rd of July for my convocation at poli. However, as I went through the lesson plan I have a test on the 1st of July.

Can I request for the test to be done at an earlier or later date?

Hi,

I need some advice from your guys. I'm planning to go to UTP but I need some advice.

I'm from KL, If I take bus from Pudu Raya, will the bus stop in UTP ?

Another scenario, I take KTM to Ipoh and take taxi to UTP, how much is the cost ?

Thank you

I usually go from KL Sentral to Batu Gajah using ETS. That station is closer to UTP so it's cheaper when you ride a taxi. Taxi from Batu Gajah IINM is RM25, but i usually go from UTP to KTM Batu Gajah, not the other way around. The ETS costs....was it RM37 or 47? I forgot, but somewhere in that range. The Batu Gajah station is rather secluded and quiet most times of the year. I don't know about getting a taxi there, maybe you have to call if no one's there.

No lol they don't iron, only wash and fold neatly.

The external dobi will defo charge you extra for ironing I think, and in fact I don't think anyone bothers to iron anyway?? lol

honestly, no need to iron la. you'll get by just fine. Not like you're wearing formal to class every day. laugh.gif

Take the Bota bus (can buy ticket online at plusliner website), and tell the driver to stop at UTP. Most of the time you won't even need to tell him (if you're travelling on weekends) because there'll be a lot of other UTP students on the same bus and someone would have told him already. Anyway just mention it to him, cos the bus passes there anyway, and he's used to people asking him to stop at utp.

the ktm + taxi combo is a lot more expensive. you're from KL, you have better options (air-conditioned bus right to doorstep).

It's at the cafe, quite hidden actually. At entrance of V1 cafe, right side. There'll be a sign there. Go in the afternoon, it's common to see girls eating at the cafe in the afternoons (in between classes). so you just put all your clothes in a bag, go there, dump into one of their baskets and give the mak cik, she will weigh it and hand you a bill, come back one day later to claim. cool2.gif

I think Plusliner has a bus bound for Sri Iskandar. Ask the driver to stop at UTP bus stop to get down smile.gif
