If you use Media Player Classic, open Option -> Capture, under Analog settings, Video -> change to your webcam, then OK.
File -> Open Device, still black images ?

Will try it when i get back. Hope all well. Direct X already updated to the latest one. I open Cyber YouCam and only can see black. Uhuhuhu... will try it on MPC when get back. Tonite will give u the result and some screenshot

Wow..so many things to optimize? Didn't know that..automatically, as i check, defrag, superfetch, prefetch was disabled. I can't disable page file yet..just 4gb RAM..
