Not sure why once update my BIOS to latest using HP support assistant when reboot neverending stuck at black screen..anyone experiencing same issue? Thx!

When it stuck ?
Starting to shutdown, then stuck, or after shutdown, bios come out, windows logo come out, then blank screen stuck ? |

Yeah..
The problem now is since RocketDock is an application, and when you choose Desktop or press Show Desktop, it will be hidden.. |

How much is your memory usage (Dedicated) when just idle, no games ? |

Just got my unit and reset to factory using clean image..to remove those unwanted software Was wondering what is the SATA for our HDD? SATA or SATA2? Was thinking to get SSD..but not sure can fully utilize or not. Noticed that HDD is the bottleneck most of the time..so either SSD or 7200rpm |

 my fn+B button seems to be not working and the on screen display seems not to be working for cap lock, num lock and scroll lock... any idea guys?what should i reinstall or uninstall? |

erm, it actually works, just the osd sometimes sot sot.
you can check the control beats audio setting at the system tray there if it is enabled or not working. |
