Built-Up: 1,442 sq. ft.
Asking Price: RM 469,000
Below market value!!! only RM 325psf!)

Probably the cheap selling price from I-property will drag down the target price here of 440-460psf.
Agents supporting rm460psf but selling at much more cheaper price!!!!!!?

Potential Buyer list is depend on price psf also.. Many will give because of the price 325 psf.. More than that, your list cut down at least 50%...

you can't expect selling below rm420 psf right if bank is giving that valuation?

unless it's a desperate seller.

in any case, hoping upon vp, the price will go up to rm460 psf.

i've a lot of buyers enquiring & wanting to buy & is pushing the price down.

but if hsbc & ocbc giving rm420 psf, let's see the outcome.

owners, please stay united at rm460 psf.
