you can't expect selling below rm420 psf right if bank is giving that valuation?
unless it's a desperate seller. in any case, hoping upon vp, the price will go up to rm460 psf. i've a lot of buyers enquiring & wanting to buy & is pushing the price down. but if hsbc & ocbc giving rm420 psf, let's see the outcome. owners, please stay united at rm460 psf.
