supposedly for own stay. but since price is there why not see if it can be sold anot.

Hi, I dunno you all notice the price outside the agents offering or not on the units. Is all below 400psf. Most of the agents called up offering to sell the unit in less then 400 psf.

Wonder why they all are pressing down the price? so that they can sell faster?

I think 10/10 of the agents called up offer not more then 480k for my unit.

Got 1 more agent told me that got existing buyer with cheque ready willing to buy at 480k to "big" me. Forget the name is Teh or Tay. He really piss me off.

Not to shoot you but you should really go to the surroundings around Z residence before you come out the conclusion saying that is a better location and accessibility.
The Density there is just not so low....

Just sharing with owners here with my information i get from Aman Height. Seems like the contractor's feed back is not so good from Aman Height residence, and management.
Maybe you all can have the input from Aman Height residence on the contractor.
