Potential Buyer list is depend on price psf also.. Many will give because of the price 325 psf.. More than that, your list cut down at least 50%...

Congratulation to Zest buyer, no matter it is 420 psf or 460 psf.. By the way, for the potential buyer of Zest, should they consider to get ZR as the location is nearer to the Kesas exit and the price is much cheaper than Zest right now?

I don't think now buyers will simply buy, there are a lot of new condo coming out to the market next year. Hold your horses and wait for a while. 420 psf, there are a lot of choices. Just my 2 cents.

Why Zest thread always so hot one?... Haha.. Calm down bro, Covillea willing to sell what ever price is up to him. We cannot stop that. If that ever got any buyer willing to pay that price, we also cannot stop that. So, let's the market play itself.

With 460 psf, there are a lot of condo you can chooce, so, buyers, choose wise.

Dear Buyers / Investors.. Z Residence is selling at 410 psf only and it will be much better location in terms of accessibility in the future and nearer to the exit to Kesas and KLP... LRT also not far away to reduce the noise pollution. I think there are still many units to choose from and more importantly, it is cheaper than Zest now. It is a real bargain now. Go grab it if you are interested.

Please feel free to drop by the sales office.

PS: I am sure kena shoot like hell here... tongue.gif
