i just found out diablo3 is not the only game to have simplified attributes.

guild wars 2's attribute system also simplified jor.

Its just a bit strange to me that, is the randomisation of the dungeons are still in the game?

Or it is turned off for now?

Currently still randomization of Loot(s) viewable only for each player.
You can still be generous to drop it on the ground later to share, except soulbound items.

With the Runestones, Items customization, skills, etc Blizzard calc to a few billion unique builds LoL - not all usable though.

I think what he meant is the randomization of the map(in this case, the dungeons) rather than loot, haven't watch the video, so I don't know too.
