Amazon had additional charges to protect themselves from gov taxes and you won't get the balance back unfortunately, so my bulk with SC2 CE last time had me in the red negative...
If anyone want to bulk, better separate the orders and and expect higher prices. |

I think what he meant is the randomization of the map(in this case, the dungeons) rather than loot, haven't watch the video, so I don't know too.

Well, Activision is kinda riding on Blizzard's name due to the "Activision Blizzard" merger, I think it's also one of the reason Activision won't push Blizzard.
