Yeah, hence the "lucky few", with Digital Downloads immediately (beta version only)... while the DH resource systems is being revamped, etc, etc.

Currently still randomization of Loot(s) viewable only for each player.
You can still be generous to drop it on the ground later to share, except soulbound items.

With the Runestones, Items customization, skills, etc Blizzard calc to a few billion unique builds LoL - not all usable though.

Ah! There's the proof.

Not much to randomize in perspective hmmm...

Map Engines have structural limitations (3D), so zoning, creeps & loots does have a finite possibilities for a same dungeon raid - mathematically speaking... Wonder they can beat that in terms of gameplay experience.
