3 working days is the worst TAT.

Of course usually it get processed by the next working day.

Not sure if the efficiency has been greatly improved.

based on standard operating procedure, we process every IBG batch job coming from all banks in malaysia in two window per day and the cutting time is 12pm every day. if u need to wait more than tomorrow means something wrong with the transfer and it didn't follow the standard operating procedure already

Guess that will be the new KPI for IBG.

I remembered it was used to be up to 3 working days.

It's good that the efficiency improved a lot!

new KPI is processing all those batch job in real time, but must wait for mainframe upgrade from current IBM Z9 to something more capable to do it (with all those network infra)

Komplain to BNM if it's 3 working days. Even after cut-off (most banks 12noon), you should still get $$ by midnight next day. In fact, most banks do by 6pm.
PBB recently extended cut-off time to 12.30noon. I've been using MBB, PBB, CIMB a lot lately, the IBG timing is good.
I did transfer MBB -> PBB at 8pm, by noon next day, PBB already credit. rclxms.gif

Anyone using HLB?

I suggest you guys should take extra care with it.

Did a transaction which failed and repeat another one. When I find that my account been deducted twice, I called and query. To my surprise, the failed transaction that still list actually gone through.

Their system is really shitty. Their limit is 5K/day and I actually managed 10K (failed + successful). Not only that, they got guts to tell me to call the other party to reverse one of the payment.

Way to go...
