I dont have the stamina to run for so long haha.

But I do play badminton and futsal for 2 hours few times a week. Only jogging I find tiring.

what speed are you at?

as for me, i break an hour cardio into;
run 8 for 15 , 8.5 for 15 , back to 8 for 15 and 8.5 for 15.
and gradient 2% for the exercise.

not really tiring for me, just boring.
you can try other cardio program; rowing or even cycling is good.

Hi there biggrin.gif

I think just reduce carb,eat more protein and fiber (fruits). Not to say you have to cut carb completely.
based on net, to gain flat tummy - you have to do sit ups or anythg that relevant to abs. cardio is good too (I suggest HIIT methods). i think your goal is have a lean body, light weight-lifting is essential.

as for lipo 6, if you do wish to try, i suggest lipo 6 for her (you are a lady right?). just take 30mins before workout. No need to take it on rest day.
this way you feel more energetic to do workout. lipo 6 ultra concentrate is too strong imho. personally i hate cardio too, very boring. but i do switch to rowing and cycling. skipping pun ok. smile.gif

the speed he meant is for treadmill i guess..

3 laps is how many meters ?
you can try do sit up 20 reps for 3 set..

your diet is not that good from my point of view.

1 lap is around 1km I guess.

20 reps for 3 set for how long? How long you rest between each set/
