First of all, I would like to say my aim is not to get bulky or a muscular body. I just wanna get rid of my tummy, get a flat tummy and have a fit body. I have 0% knowledge in gym and maybe 25% knowledge in nutrient. I dont really know what should I eat and what not.

My plan is to try to do exercise as often as possible and reduce my intake of food. Before this I eat any rubbish that I can find but I hope to change this habit. Only eating healthy food from now (hope I can cause its quite impossible) tongue.gif

I am 23 years old. 174cm tall and 72kg. From outside, I look quite slim but my tummy is bulging out. Luckily its hidden from clear sight. tongue.gif

This is my workout journals. I will just combine my workout and my food intake together. Hope pros can give me some input and advise as time goes by. Thanks!

Is it very expensive? 1 month you only shed 7kg with such diet? That is slow right?

im scared that your body wouldn't have enough nutrients with such diets..7kg a month is consider a lot already because most people recommend 1 to 2 pound per week which will be up to 8pound per month.that is a safe amount of weight to lose in a month..

other sifu can correct this fact if im wrong.. smile.gif

Fat burners work, ONLY if your diet is in check. So it's best to make sure the diet's solid before turning to supplements.

Uh, what I mean is you should be sure that your diet is good before turning to the use of supplements, since supplements are meant to be added onto (thus the name supplement) a diet that's already good.

What are the effects?

Is that all u eat in a day? If so you are starving urself in a very unhealthy way. There's alot of healthy foods you can eat, search for it online, there's tons.
I dunno why people think eating less/ little portions will help them lose weight? You wont have enough energy to do exercises if you're not eating enough/ right.

No no, that's not what I mean. It's just that supplements are meant to be added on to a good diet to get the best possible results.

and also taking fat burner without workout is equally crap as well.

250 cals on the treadmil is very little. i run 3/4 times a week about 800++ cals burned per exercise. but still.. i'm not satisfied yet.

I dont have the stamina to run for so long haha.

But I do play badminton and futsal for 2 hours few times a week. Only jogging I find tiring.
