Now 66kg. 1 pill per day in the morning with diet, milk and oats for breakfast , half slice of bread for lunch, half slice of bread for tea break. Apple for dinner.Run everyday 20 mins, burn 250cal. that doesnt seems like a good way of losing fat to me..

QUOTE(prelude23 @ Jul 28 2011, 08:04 PM) Is it very expensive? 1 month you only shed 7kg with such diet? That is slow right? Too light right? im scared that your body wouldn't have enough nutrients with such diets..7kg a month is consider a lot already because most people recommend 1 to 2 pound per week which will be up to 8pound per month.that is a safe amount of weight to lose in a month.. other sifu can correct this fact if im wrong..

Push up very tired I dunno why. 5 times already hand hurts. the speed he meant is for treadmill i guess.. 3 laps is how many meters ? you can try do sit up 20 reps for 3 set.. your diet is not that good from my point of view.
