Anyway, I know my diet got prob. I have bought oats, fruits, baked beans and low fat milk to battle with my hunger lol. Gonna register in my university gym tomorrow.
Is that all u eat in a day? If so you are starving urself in a very unhealthy way. There's alot of healthy foods you can eat, search for it online, there's tons.Morning:

I dunno why people think eating less/ little portions will help them lose weight? You wont have enough energy to do exercises if you're not eating enough/ right.
