was also looking at OCBC Titanium, wouldn't that be better? for MBB, i thought of applying the plat, if with guarantors, can apply? or still need to meet their requirement? Petrol + TNG all covered by company, so wouldnt need those petrol cards. hmm.gif

YES, Maybank 2 Cards & OCBC Titanium were the BEST Combo... thumbup.gif

FYI, Apply Credit Card You just Need Income Salary Proof ie, Salary Slips, EPF Printout only
If You Income Meet their Requirement, sure the Bank Will Grant You a Credit Card & No guarantor will Needed (Involved)
Mostly now NO different between Gold & Platinum You also can have Platinum CC with Salary $24,000 a Year... shakehead.gif laugh.gif
Some of the Gold Card can have High Credit Limit or better Benefits than a Platinum Card, for Sure... biggrin.gif

Hi, anyone can recommend credit card for me? I am considering the CIMB weekly rm250 cash back or public bank rm150 cash back on retail purchase, but not sure is it guarantee to get the cash back or not...also considering the maybank 2 gold card with 8.88% interest...

1. Annual Income: RM30K

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Prefer

3. Card required for: First is to buy a rm2K phone and then settle the remaining bill in less than 5 months, later is mainly for oversea online shopping for average rm300 per month.

4. Existing credit cards if any: No

5. Looking at CC from: CIMB, Maybank, public bank, mainly because of their cash back promotion and interest rate, but not sure guarantee to get or not, especially the CIMB rm250 weekly cash back.

6. Others: Maybe will cancel the card after 1 year.

1. Annual Income: RM62k

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must

3. Card required for: Misc

4. Existing credit cards if any: Maybank2Card and OCBC Titanium

5. Looking at CC from: Anywhere

6. Others: I'm looking for a 3rd cash back card and free lifetime annual fee is a must because I'd probably be not using this card so much.

2/3 months I'd use up about 90% of my MB2C&OCBC and 1/3 months I exceed the cash back limit so I'm looking for 1 more card to get cash back.

If you are eligible for the 20-30k CL, why don't you just request for CL upgrade rather than getting a new card?

Guys, if my annual income is around 30-36k.
But my company doesn't provide EPF contribution.
Since my income is purely commission based.
Can I still apply for the OCBC titanium?
What I have is only bank statement of my saving account and pay slips.
