I just viewed Alam Impian (Canting 2) last weekend, and I must say that I totally LOVED IT. Houses are not too 'cramped' together, and the houses are definitely very huge!

I also went to TTDI Alam Impian but the model that I saw was not so impressive (having toilet in the living room just a few step from the main entrance @@)

Big crowd going in need tactic, we need to find site safe helmet, dunno white and yellow color, one or two of us need to wear suit with tie like big boss. One of two of us wearing engineer helmet and taking a big roll of paper (to pretend like site plan) acting like showing the boss construction site. The rest of us with site helmet just follow behind. The construction site people will think, BIG BOSS visiting the site. Just kidding.

I think we can go in just of few of us should be no problem during off hours like 6pm or 7pm. Or maybe sunday? Sunday 6PM should be easy to go in.

Visiting site yesterday, The 1st row of the Pentas 1 already completed with roof and second 1 is progress at roof too. Very spaces and comfortable, however the master bedroom's bathroom was too small, I dont think can squeeze the bathtub inside...

Even is second day of CNY but they still working. I didnt know how to go Pentas 2 so I just visit Pentas 1

Estimated selling price for 24'x75' shd be around 770K up. TTDI AI township planning is much better than I&P AI, In long term 8-10 yrs, I forsee the appreciation (%) is definitely better than I&P AI in general.
