It is a norm to complete 100+ units of terrace house within 18 months period. Based on my experience, I will foresee the earliest VP shall be atleast another 1-2 months from March 2013.

Erm.... i think you can get maximum of 10 months DIBS. Or else, you will enjoy LAD......

In norm, the LAD is calcuated based on working day. So, Sunday, public holiday is not included. In the record, I&P never pay LAD before.

The township is located at Shah Alam Section 35. Go to KESAS, at near to Kota Kemuning, you will see the signboard of ALAM IMPIAN, follow the instruction to LKAS highway and you will reach there.

By the way, googlemap still not updated for this area.

If you want to know further updates, certainly I will recommend you to go to the sales gallery in Alam Impian.

But since you mentioned you invested in Alam Impian before, I believe you can go there easily.

Anyone got any idea the second year interest is based on:-

1. S&P date?
2. the date of bank released first disbursement?

Pentas 2 entrance is somewhere at sales gallery.

I don't recommended you go in unless you are driving four wheels.
