Makassar sdn bhd assigned for pentas 1.

Pentas 2 is different contractor.

I can assured you that Pentas 1 & 2 will be totally two (2) different contractor.

Pentas 1 : Makassar Sdn. Bhd.
Pentas 2 : Jasmurni Sdn. Bhd.

Both of them are the regular for I&P projects.

Honestly speaking, the quality of the house is solely depend on the Construction team & the sub-cons.

I really not convince whether fencing will be erected for Pentas. As there is no indication from the SA mentioning there is fencing. Unless, someone would able to verify this issue.

If InP want to erect the Hi-Sec Fencing (which is similar to Desiran fencing type), it will cost them atleast RM300/mrun @ a 5ft height.

Unless, they want to use something cheaper.....

Hi-Sec is a brandname which registered this high security fencing design. Unless, InP willing to buy the imitation product which similar to Hi-Sec.
