I won't believe there will be property burst in Malaysia market. Our banking system for loan approval is the most stringent among the world wide. That is why we don't have sub-prime issue.

However, I will foresee "property price adjustment" from time to time.

Both of them are the regular for I&P projects.

Honestly speaking, the quality of the house is solely depend on the Construction team & the sub-cons.

I really not convince whether fencing will be erected for Pentas. As there is no indication from the SA mentioning there is fencing. Unless, someone would able to verify this issue.

If InP want to erect the Hi-Sec Fencing (which is similar to Desiran fencing type), it will cost them atleast RM300/mrun @ a 5ft height.

Unless, they want to use something cheaper.....

For those who worry about the 60 days terms, the S&P is dated 19th Oct (at least for my case). Hence, we have 60 days from 19th Oct to pay the remaining 10%.
