anyone knows how the SMR single room is?
i just got off the phone who said the single ensuite room of SMR is all gone, and most are on a backlog.

don't want to have a crash early morning with the bathroom facilites >.<
or get up reallly really early...

but one thing is a positive outcome i will have the opportunity to meet others in my unit.

sunday is 'MAD' Day (monash application day)

there are ample amount of bathroom facilities. unlikely to crash, especially early morning.

can some1 take some pictures of monash sunway?

spoke to a friend in kl, he said the price hike won't really affect my finances, just things might become a wee bit expensive, like 4-10% food items, or stuff that uses transportation

could u tell me about books and texts? would really start to go through with them on my courses

nah, any unjustified hike due to internal policies will be followed by devaluation of the local currency... so local prices go up, myr will go down... since you're funding ur studies n expenses with foreign currency, it wont affect you much unless of course, your home currency drops

nah, books in monash are cheap as they hv asian versions..

Would like Faculty of Business or I.T is better in Monash Sunway campus? like in term of lecturers' quality and the whole package

and is business faculty student here at Sunway allow to transfer to Aus campus?

Hi all, I am about to finish my a level this year and I want to know does monash MY campus require a level students to take ielts or there will be having some english test for those who did not take ielts? Hope someone can enlighten me about this. Thank you

You will meet the Monash English language requirements if you have completed British GCE schooling.

You must have successfully completed:

British GCE O-levels and obtained a grade C or better in English, within 24 months prior to your study commencement date, or
British GCE A-levels and obtained a grade C or better in General Paper (A/S level), within 24 months prior to your study commencement date, or
University of Cambridge GCE O-Level 1119 English language with a grade C or better, and have subsequently completed A-levels. A validity period of three years from the date of exam taken applies.

I did not take o level but I took spm instead. The one which is printed at the left bottom of our spm slips is the 1119 you mentioned just now right?
