haha... it touches the side there.. i follow like NewGuy wan.. and the pipe hor.. i remove it.. because if din remove it..cannot take out sparkplug.. lc too pack d.. everything also near2 wan.. LOL.. and that time i don have cable tie.. haha.. dad say he got.. need wait he balik.. i say no need d.. i go his storeroom.. korek wire.. cut2.. then tie it... LOL..

and my temperature wan.. got touch the side.. but not touch as in screwed onto it..and like i said.. my eo GLORY HOLE only got 1 GLORY HOLE.. don have 2.. if got 2.. then ok.. but now don have 2 due to that GLORY HOLE sudah guna untuk coolent tank...  doh.gif  thumbup.gif
*
KOSO got sell the mount the sensor but due to troublesome and some ppl custom it and make the shop not buy anymore so very hard to find d...

it mount inside the coolant pipe, if anyone here had mount temp meter to your car radiator hose, will understand...
very mafan using the sensor mount...coolant easy leak if pipe not tighten properly...

it is not the coolant temperature but coolant ambient temperature...

Guys pls refer this 1....It's true ?The theory not block size minus half = to carb size ???
*
oversize a bit still better pickup and btw, due to wear and tear the piston get bigger bit by bit...haha

now using Keihin 28mm carb wit main jet 135 and pilot 35,block 57mm, FC getting almost 160km/h per tank d.... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

it still misfire but not tat often however until quite high RPM only will happen, i think this normal.... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

brothers, pleae spend 150 on an O-ring chain and it will be problem free for as long as 10k to 30k km... normal roller chin can tahan 5k to 8k under very good maintenance, but your rim will be damn oily kena spray chainlube or chain oil. any chain lube pun useless after that mileage or at most tahan 5 days before chain loose again. this forum me and tryX use o-ring liao. if really wanna lube normal chain properly use melted grease drop into chain after thorough clean with kerosene let it cool down and wipe of extra...
*
o ring is RKM or SSS brand? I heard not sure how to differentiate...

QUOTE(alexei @ Jul 30 2011, 08:35 AM)
what carb is that? if big carb some more oversize per my recommndation, u pulas big and mati, is normal. if stock carb, it means engine need warm up a bit. If engine already warmed up, and it dies immediately, not enough oil, if u pulas pulas then after a while die, too much oil.
*
Bro, thanks for your info

28mm Keihin for 57mm block. U can say a bit oversize but last time mainjet 120 pilot 40, misfire like hell, now mainjet 115, pilot 35 got misfire occasionally, nice to ride oni, starting problem....

But certain formula online, it is consider oversize for my block, however if key in for 62mm block the site recommend can go to 30/31 carb...

I go pomen there he kecik can angin a bit.

I hope ok, if not need change pilot jet d..... sweat.gif sweat.gif

If guys got suit carb, recommend me, i starting to feel the carb a bit oversize, so just put 62mm block then ngam ngam d...

@alexei, i guess the calculation half block = size carb, 100% optimize if 90% , then I shud use 26mm crab for 57mm

anyway, feels light and gooding pickup...
