@Newguy: your Keihin is flat slide? My formula is not just block size divided by 2, that one is someone else contribute one, I guess. Mine was calculating air speed for different carb, piston and peak RPM.

@Newguy: In your case, I think you should try back the 40 PJ, reset it again. I think the misfire is becoz the pomen set the carb to slightly lean at the time, but you can ask him to make it slightly rich. Or, if you wanna keep the 35 PJ, set it to slightly rich just a bit. Sounds like your carb setting is quite nice already. 40 PJ will be more tolerant to surrounding changes also. If you wanna help me confirm, can check how much is the pilot screw open on your current 35 PJ? 1 turn? 2 turns? or more? If less than 2 turns that less air is needed and the PJ too small liao, you could really use the 40 PJ.

Oh ya... my fuel meter(koso) very weird... it will automatic reduce the bar and then slowly back to normal.. apa mcm har..?

next time need bring spare bottle d lo... always prepare.. and always remember.. 4th bar = E in stock meter.. or easier.. u open the gas tank.. u look down got 1 indicator wan to show that that is already in E..

next time ... i stay at most belakang lah ... make sure u all infront of me  ....

my fork i change to stiffer spring. when hi speed hit bump the steering don't wobble left right, but when hit high bump it will easily bottom out and 'tok'.
the bike is not comforable to ride because underbone has light head and with the stiff.

good suspension setup is soft just nice but travels up and down slowly. good example so far is patrick's rear shock. or try those of a big bike.
