The issue is that Kim realty claimed that I'm not eligible for the iPad claim, in fact I have fulfill all the criteria as mentioned when I purchased that property. I did rushed everything within the time frame and got a loan from CIMB bank. Well, now they are saying I did not fulfill a criteria which is NOT GETTING loan from their panel BANKERS. CIMB was one of the panel bank in fact, but they now claimed has to be one particular branch only. I'm so sure that I wasn't told about this clause b4. I did submitted few panel banks that stationed there but the took so long to come back with approval whereelse in the same time I submitted to a banker from my other fren who recommended came out with approval fastest. at early stage I already know that we need to get loan from panel bank with specific branch only...but I know it from here . r u use developer panel lawyer?

Ya, me too facing the same problem. I took up the loan from one of the panel banker ALLIANCE BANK, but the Kim staff told me must be the panel banker BRANCH only, which none of the sales staff nor the showroom banker told us when we were in the showroom.
If this is the essential criteria to be fulfilled WHY they never HIGHLIGHT this just like the one month time frame criteria?
They did mention must be panel banker but never explain MUST BE the particular BRANCH? Otherwise I won't take up the loan from the same panel banker but different branch? Can anyone advise pls... Thanks

Yes. Use developer panel lawyer. But how much I was not being told about the specific branch? If I knew it early, why on earth I would use other branch? Zzzz frustrated ..

u can go to puchong as there are many developer constructing the condo as well, few months time ady can see few floors, but here?? speechless....

So? The solid fact is u have oledi chose amara, hv faith and patient, for me, I dun need to compare the progress, most important is quality and value of appreciation when keys delivered.

its very much depend on the weather too. too much rain lately, the progress will be slow. they take this into account already when preparing the project plan. on dry season, the construction will be very fast. the first two stories was fast too.

why u use different branch? when all the bank officers at Amara sales office? i did all my SPA n loan legal doc in Amara office - how convenient it is. no need to drive here n there n got parking problems.

last time when others talk about ipad...one come and said childish to think about ipad and not worried about the construction. now when ppl discuss about construction progress also complaint

Just did a trial run from station to amara. Only 5 minutes average walking . Not even at fast pace mode. Progress wise nothing to shout about lah. And the condos further in is looking very good. Congrats to pai and cutealex whom i believe bought some.

Hey man, this is nothing related to "dont like". Yes, there is a dejected people. But, friend, do you want to make your life live difficulty? Not happy? Worrying? Keep complaint? I have failure in my life before. People need growing, keep learning. Nothing can change since the day you had make it. Why not see thing clearly, widely next time rather than worry it? Nothing 100% success, but study, study and study. Life is short. Accuracy need hard work. Good luck
