agreed with user1984. normally it takes 9 to 14months to complete earthwork & piling works. i think concrete work will abit slow at the start. however i believe they will try to complete all retail unit by the end of this year so they can claim from buyers

normally 1 month can build 2 to 3 car park level, and 1.5 to 2 residential unit level...

Seems like u have depth knowledge about construction..are u in the industry?

yest talk to a friend bout amara, she is a qs, she said if the mother (Shayher Group) of this developer strong enough, everything should be fine. it is quite common they build a new company for new project. so i think project should not be abandon.

Just got a message from 0163331199 asking me to come down the sales office at batu caves for my ipad

The message told me to bring my IC and letter stating that i am to receive the ipad. But i have not received any letter. I know i am entitled as i finished all the paperwork (loan application etc) within the time limit.

Is it absolutely crucial for me to have the letter? Or should i just show up with my IC?

Brother, just walk in and tell the fella you're coming to collect ipad then pass him/her the IC, which should be enough, don't ever mention about letter
