i nvr receive anything at all and neither have i pay a single cent so far! anybody experiencing the same thing?

i receive the letter on yesterday. it attached with a architect's stage completion certificate that without my unit no, very funny.

foundation claim is for the entire building, not by unit. so therefore, it's possible that the architect intentionally left out indications of the parcel.

Anyone can confirm when to receive ipad ?

For those who are interested in the status of your iPad, developer will issue out letters to collect the iPad around end of March or April.

Even for those who are paying paying the progressive amount (10%), still have to wait. Those who are on loan, will have to wait until bank disburse the amount to developer first.

so borrow less, can hope for new ipad, borrow till max and loan disperse fast fast might get ipad2 only. hehehe.

The showroom is beside the Batu Cave KTM station. u may refer to i-property for the map. But not sure whether they still open or not. You may try to call to KIM and ask about that

i juz want to ask, i am taking the DIBS. do i need to call bank to disburse 10% loan? i am new buyer =)
