jcl36 very updated on site progress  I pass by so went in took a peek, the monster piling machine now at blkC or D area, las time was at A.. moving slow nvm, piling mus b proper .. When doing framework will be faster & can c from MRR2 next time

Since this Sep11... the Head already told me 1st payment would like ard on Feb/March 2012...
So the progress now is as per estimate... dont you think so?
