one thing i can confirm is i use bamboo tooth pick (have sharp point at both side one) before to clear the lining in RG before, dont worry, the tooth pick is softer than plastic. tongue.gif

I used to buy this kind of knife before. I will become loose in no time.
So my advise is, just spend a bit more, buy Tamiya @ Olfa Design Knife.
Olfa one around RM28 (with 30pcs blade).
That one u can use for a year ++. I bought my Tamiya Design Knife on 2009 till now not yet finish all 30pcs. Its really worth buying la. More value for your money rather than u buy the RM10 or less knife than cannot use properly. icon_rolleyes.gif

U can buy it here.

If u visited Mid Valley Ace, better walk a walking distance to Jusco...I'm still using the RM8 one, no loose & still ok until now but for sure the Tamiya Olfa is much better

If you want to use thinner or the zippo lighter fluid, best test it on your runner first.

zippo is quite mild. a lot of ppl use it for enamel paint washes. so even if u dont smoke there're plenty of uses for it. and it's way cheaper than any modelling thinner i've seen.

wow nice... Rex is the one firing nuclear weapon right? Ray only high-tech pew pew laser?

@dfcloud,

becareful if using thinner, the way they clear the marking is to wipe out a very thin layer of the plastic. So the more you use the more damage to the part.

In conclusion, just wait for MG 7 Sword la. For me, buying Metal Build is not worthy. Better buy PG for that price. MORE SYIOK!! icon_rolleyes.gif
*but that one is my opinion la. laugh.gif

Am thinking if MG 7 sword come out, buy it and re-paint it with metallic color. (With whatever gundam color spray/ tamiya color spray can) might get far far cheaper? (Most probably wont exist rm250)
