Just curious... if someone buys ML, DLs it and passes it to me to install using my hackintosh and itunes id that ML DL is now 'registered' to me?

Nope, the ML is belong to the owner of whatever itunes account you used to buy it.

So basically I have to ask the person with a mac to login with my itunes id to the mac store on his mac pc and dl ML for me?

my advice, run OS X in a virtual environment. BUY ML using MAS and then make a bootable USB. smile.gif

well, if not, lend a mac from an acquaintance and sign out from his or her Apple ID and sign into yours and purchase it.

i have a problem with trim. There's no info whether trim is enabled or not.

Run multibeast and enable TRIM .. and reboot, see if it is enabled afterthat.

Just realised, mine doesn't get activated either. Hmm, need to find a way to activate it..

Downloading latest Multibeast and will see if it is enabled.

what SSD are u using? im running the intel 520 with sandforce controller..many said the in-built GC is good enuf..

Okay, I'm using TRIM Enabler, rebooted and mine has it activated.

My SSD : INTEL SSDSA2M120G2GC / 120GB.

Do you realised that your doesn't have TRIM support line at all? It seems that the system doesn't recognise your SSD as SSD?

or is it because i dont have my SSD in GPT partition table but in MBR partition table instead
