Pardon me, What is the real advantage to rooting?

Like jailbreaking an apple device. Rooting (unlocking) an Android device gives access to alter any system files, use themes, change boot images even deleting stock apps. So it enables us to have full control over the OS limitations. Even to improve the performance (speed) and also extend battery life on your device. But proper back up is necessary when rooting is attempted.

for now i do it because i wan to have a custom rom installed. i try to do it tonite. i havent really explore my tab now.

Rooting is just like a KEY so that you can access your car and open its bonnet to tweak/tune the engine. With rooting, you can have access to system files - change it, install cook roms, theming changes, install apps that required system access eg Titanium Backup , a very good baxckup/restore app, set and tweak system cpu seeds and voltage controls etc

of cause FOC lo... now importing Anymode casing. hopefully able to get the USB adapter.. then kaudim~

SGT 7500 has no sd card, usb port and also the hdmi output for one simple reason... LIGHTER & SLIMMER than IPAD2..

The old 10.1v are so called Rejected unit as it was out before IPAD2 launch, and Sammy stopped all the production, and launching to go back to the drawing board and redo the 10.1 which is what we are having now.

BTW, it really surprises me that all your AP or imported TAB is without Touchwiz. Seriously, i got it with my Jakarta set a month ago already, and i couldnt find the latest update version. Perhaps mine is already updated... hehehe

yours 3g rite? so how you get to use it in malaysia?

Using wifi here only.... using 3G in Indon... never consider to use 3G here as the wifi spot are easily available, and can easily tether with android or iphone..

Duno and no such thing
