N53SN applicable only? how about N53SV?
would like to know the difference after update biggrin.gif
*
N53SV also about the same changes, but diff BIOS btw. Dun Flash N53SN BIOS into N53SV or else ur laptop kaput

BIOS 213 (N53SV)
1.Change EC firmware
2.Restrict system memory frequency
3.Change Intel VGA VBIOS to 2117 , and adjust timing for Samsung 15’6 FHD panel

Added on August 4, 2011, 9:57 pm2.Restrict system memory frequency at 1333 MHz.

i wonder if it might decrease battery time???? hmm.gif hmm.gif

Hi guys, just curious whether any N53Sv (i5) users experienced lagginess when the laptop is 1st opened?
Lags as in when in the Start Menu, after clicking tabs the response is slow, resulting in 2 or 3 tabs seen at one time? (its called stuttering I think laugh.gif)
any idea what might be causing the problem? Is it Intel HD3000 driver or GT540m's driver? lol
THanks thanks notworthy.gif
*
lag when clicking start menu????

Uhm, it's 4 x 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz Kingston RAM. I removed the default 4GB RAM because it's running at 1066Mhz I think.

Thanks bro!
*
can put a screen shot of the default RAM using CPU-Z and what's the default RAM brand cause i got a feeling it's 1333mhz cause my N53SN came with a 1333mhz
