yea.. no restarts at the moment.. seems faster to read/list the apps in storage.. wifi catches on faster too..
this is abit of anti-climax as compared to getting ics 1st time around.. lol
now.. if sammy was to hasten the ics to the tab 7.7, that would be nice..
but having said that, there's quite a bit of apps that have not updated to ics.. so i cant have them on ics..
edit. ram memory seems to have improved with ics as compared with the previous os.. i get a relatively constant 400mb left over of rams not utilized.. dont rightly remember the old figures, but the tab 7.7 on os3.+, i'd be happy to get 250mb free ram...

did anyone managed to get the new setting in the settings > asus customised setting (disable network when sleep) to work? I did a simple test by putting my tablet to sleep via the power button, then sent a mail to myself via gmail, waited a bit to see if the tablet would pick it up while it was asleep and it DID....the checkbox for disable network when sleep was checked and by right it should NOT pick up the mail at all until the screen was on..is anyone facing the same problem?

No restarts so far. Now let's hope this was a Google AOSP fix since I was getting reboots on my HTC Desire and my boss' stock 4.0.2 Galaxy Nexus.

QUOTE(Casper85 @ Mar 19 2012, 08:08 AM) hi all, what do you all means restart? izzit when playing the tablet restart or ? izzit with docking or only tablet? auto restart by itself without you even touching the tablet or doing anything..just randomly reboots out of nowhere...doesn't matter docked or not. Also, what is the name of the app that tells you how long your device has been in Deep Sleep, etc? I had it before but somehow it is missing (did Google pull the app from the Market and all devices?)

Dang, had one reboot this morning - when I turned it on, it asked for my password (I have device encryption turned on.)

This ICS seems to make my experience for the worst, like many, the unit goes to sleep (switches off) by it self. And my Browser keep forced close (doesn't even have the pop up screen to inform you).
