what kind of compatibility issues? you can just send me the file and i can check for you..

well before the update, any documents created by polaris will come out as protected view in microsoft office.. so i want to know if the update fixed that.. i didnt receive my update yet (god knows why) so i cant check... just create a document in the updated polaris and open it at microsoft office...

did any one tried use xbox 360 controller or ps3 controller play game at tablet with docking?
*
yeah.. it just works.. dont have to do anything.. u can navigate your home screen using the controller too..

just a tip though, sometimes it dont detect the USB, so have to restart the tf to fix it..

quad tf prime released?

less than half a year.....my tf obsolete already....
*
not really obsolete.. everything tf prime can do, tf also can do (based on what i hear)... just tf prime can do better, especially the gaming.. and well maybe the camera.. i'd rather wait for third tf, or maybe 4th then only upgrade.. lol

yup.. no need to upset.. i think ive read somewhere that nvidia already on the works for the next tablet cpu.. ill post here if i find it

edit: found it... its the nvidia tegra roadmap.. here:

Nvidia roadmap

the next tegra after tegra 3 will due on 2012, codename wayne, supposed to be 11-13 times faster than tegra 2... tegra 3 is 5 times faster... damn.. technology is advancing so fast, i cant catchup...

i wonder if google will fully utilize the tegra, or just ignore it and play at their own pace... even current android didnt fully use the tegra 2 power...

I saw one of the latest tool from XDA call Razorclaw, can root all table transformer (including B70 onward).
However need the latest OTA update from Asus which they have put on hold recently.

Please note I don't own a TF101 yet. Getting one soon. Just my 2-cents.  whistling.gif

You're welcome.
I have root mine within minutes. It is so easy and I don't even need a pc to do that.
But what is next thing to do with my TF101?
Please let me know too, which offline GPS software I should get for the transformer, I think I might need one.
Thanks.

custom ROM bro.. most wanted features in rooting haha..

Guys...
Its best use custom rom or stock rom?
If custom rom..which one is the best?(stable,fast...etc)
*
Custom rom.. bcause they often faster, and usually they sort out bugs pretty good, though not all.. for stability and not defer much from original asus rom, go for revolver.. but its likely you`ll get problems like some of the stock rom user experiencing... so far no problem for me..

if want totally custom rom, try teameos, though i cannot guarantee stability.. but last time i tried it, pretty stable..

There are many others, that may suit you more..

Use apex launcher too.. best stock launcher replacement for me :-)

Did you update to 9.2.1.17?

Also, what is the name of the app that tells you how long your device has been in Deep Sleep, etc? I had it before but somehow it is missing (did Google pull the app from the Market and all devices?)
*
QUOTE(CyberKewl @ Mar 19 2012, 01:45 PM)

For anyone who wants to stick to stock browserno matter what.. try search for ics+ browser on the market... its basically an improved version of the stock... layout is the same.. you wouldnt notice you r using the ics+.. even in the recent app tab also show it as stock browser

Using it, i think i never face any fc.. even there are fc, its very seldom
