Considering that the Transformer Prime comes with Tegra 3, ICS, super thin chasis, improved battery life,etc..

I tot old TF without dock is 1499 and with dock 1799... 1.5 for tablet only still same with the old one... wait long enuff and u can get cheaper tf1 when tf2 arrive...

did u install CWM recovery? if u did iirc the normal update method wont work.
if you didnt, what else did u do to your TF(root, flash, etc etc, anything at all)

If u wan to reflash the whole stock ROM can try nvflash unbricking method

P/S : It might not work with some of the B70 and B80 onwards

if just at the bottom middle area yeah most of us have light bleed in that area, pretty common. in fact not that many DONT have light bleed. even the new transformer prime as i've heard has it.

you were lucky then..i think not many pple managed to get 0 light bleed transformer / slider...
