Hi guys, need some advice here. Am planning to get a refurbished T460 for word processing, surfing and light gaming. Is it a good laptop? Any issues with the laptop?

Is it normal for Lenovo to forget the import license?
I have been monitoring my shipment and UPS keeps saying that Lenovo has forgot the import license. Been chasing Lenovo about it but no response from them |

Last week i bought an e495 because it supports up to 32gb memory n price was good. However that came with aHD TN display. Staring at it for 15 minutes itself i feel my eyes are painful. Any suggestion please?
