Yup, recently Amazon UK is like that, not mention on VAT part, but final checkout they deduct for you.

For normal edition of BD, slow shipping may = free shipping.  But for limited edition BD, slow shipping may become missing parcel -> no replacement since out of stock.  In that case, refund is only option.  sweat.gif

Actually I think i-parcel never MIA the parcel, but just don't know they ship by what? vessel? I think "Jalan Kaki". tongue.gif

i don't understand then why amazon still using i-parcel; i bet there are other customers worldwide complained about its slow deliveries too and amazon has to compensate/refund etc... and will only backfires them if they keep using this service in long term. it happened to me twice also during last BF: 1st complain - refund shipping charges; 2nd complain - refund product charges... but later parcel turn-up after all! but in the end, the much delay justifies the refunds, so ok la... tongue.gif

Maybe Amazon not yet learn about it, Amazon love on i-parcel, what to do.

I think it still use i-parcel when you order something bigger item, like those UCE box set.

I just chat with another CS as this morning CS did nothing to me, the CS not doing any refund at all. I also resend my feedback to morning CS mentioning the CS less knowledge and not helpful and give all 1 star, if possible I want to give 0 star. vmad.gif

Lucky the recent CS was great and immediate refund for me. wink.gif

No problem, bro. Anyway you get your thing soon enough smile.gif
I was planing to cancel my order for Ben Hur eventually until I read bro Andrew best quote "eat grass also must get" decided to keep the order smile.gif
well, what i can said also is "eat grass also must get" to those who consider to get Ben Hur nod.gif

now really eat grass liau sweat.gif

sweat.gif  For Ben-Hur, I actually never watch this movie before or even heard before.  tongue.gif  First time heard it when the pre-order is avaiable.  ph34r.gif

Wow so many people getting Ben Hur LE. I have already cancelled my order last week
Now reconsidering to get it, last time during The Ten Commantments also I cancelled my pre order hoping the price will drop at last out of print. I had to get mine from amazon.ca at a higher price.
But now US rate is a bit expensive 3.2...
Maybe it is time for my policy "Buy first weep later"
As bro Andrew said "must buy later eat grass"
I might as well "eat n smoke grass"

QUOTE(ken888 @ Oct 4 2011, 04:43 PM)
most of my recent orders from amazon, including ben-hur limited edition are shipped by i-parcel. It is ok for me because i-parcel = free shipping.

Few months ago (more than half year), there is one thread in www.blu-ray.com discussed this issue. Lot of ppls replied stated why their don't want steelbook. I can't remember all of them. Someone said if you put together with all BD (normal edition) with steelbook, it look wired. Because steelbook is shorter. blush.gif

For those whose facing issues with i-Parcel, kindly read the comments from the consumer who had purchased and experienced unavoidable incidents with Amazon.
